Connor Vanelswyk | 20-24I usually bike around 200 miles a week (2 group rides equaling 100-120 miles, and 3 more rides comprised of either sprints or hill intervals to equal 200)....I run 3-4 times a week imediately after the ride is over (3-6 miles depending on the intensity of the ride) and I swim 5 days a week in a lap pool as it is still a little too cold to get in the ocean. Obviously my brother and my father have brought me into the sport which I now I love and I consider the bike my strongest event. I have two goals I will be attempting to achieve this year: one is to qualify this year for an Iron Man and the second (the most important) is to crush Brice in any distance so I can own him at the dinner table when he comes to visit and vice versa.
