<p>I haven't looked back once. There's no time! I gotta get to bed so I can get up at 4:30 and make practice...</p>
<p>A graphic designer by day, I spend the remainder of my free time hunting down intriguing restaurants and inventing recipes for <a href="http://www.johnandelana.com" target="_blank">the food blo</a><a href="http://www.johnandelana.com" target="_blank">g</a> I maintain with my brother.</p>

<p>I've been triathlon training for 3 years, have raced 3 times and look forward to more.&nbsp;The group and Scott were&nbsp;so encouraging to me as a newbie. I have a particular interest in&nbsp;the idea&nbsp;of people beginning to exercise when they're middle aged&nbsp;or older,&nbsp; and have started writing about it. <p>I&rsquo;ve podiumed a number of times this year, but my happiest accomplishments were my time trial around Central Park and jumping behind faster teammates on the indoor track at Chelsea Piers.</p>

<p>Stasi has competed in the NYC, South Beach, West Point, Danskin, Montalk and<span>&nbsp; </span>Central Park Triathlons as as well as the Team Championships in Myrtle Beach in October 2010.</p>
<p>Sometimes she even podiums in her age group.</p>
<p>When she is not training, Stasi works as a nurse practitioner at Weill Cornell Internal Medicine Associates and is the mother of 3 adult children &ndash; All runners.</p>

<p>Janet is a single mom of 3 children. The apple does not fall far from the tree, she and her daughter (11yrs) competed together in 2007 at the Westpoint triathlon. When not training for the next triathlon she can be found racing J-24 sailboats on the Hudson.</p>

It was the experience of a life time! &nbsp;</p>
<p>My three teenaged daughters are very supportive of the &ldquo;ridiculous&rdquo; workouts I need to do, and my husband is the best guy to have at races as he keeps my friends and family posted on my splits and progression throughout the race. &nbsp;</p>
<p>The sport of triathlon has allowed me to develop many good friendships and the Full Throttle Team just formed here is an exciting extension of that!</p>

It all began with a challenge from a co-worker to do the NYC-Triathlon. So, not knowing what I was getting myself into I accepted his challenge of not being able to complete 1 full lap swimming in the pool.</p>
<p>Thanks to "Top Notch Coach" Scott Berlinger and all of my Full Throttle teammates I completed the NYC-Triathlon in 2:57:40. I also competed in the SOBE MOSSMAN Triathlon and (2) 1/2 Marathons.</p>

Adrienne joined the group without knowing how to swim at all. Six weeks later she completed her first sprint triathlon and was hooked for life.</p>
<p>She has competed in many races since then in cities near and far: St Petersburg. Philly. Boston, and the New York area. Olympic distance being her favorite length and her favorite race courses are the New York City and Philadelphia Triathlons.</p>
<p>In between triathlon seasons Adrienne also likes to race half and full marathons.</p>
<p>Adrienne has the work hard/play hard attitude in all aspects of her life. Her professional career is in Sales and Marketing in the pharmaceuticals industry, and travels often on business and for fun. Having Full Throttle actually helps manage her work/life balance, keeping her committed to improving her physical and mental fitness.</p>

I am hooked on the energy of training and competing with my Full Throttle team-mates, and how we all push each other through healthy competition (ha ha!) everytime we're together.
